Powers/Abilities: Rasher can produce and manipulate metal, he can melt down, build up or absorb metal as well as manipulate any metal touching him or that has a direct link to him as if it were part of his body, meaning no metal based attack can possibly hurt him, he produces metal well enough but he has a limited amount within him, and it is faster and more efficient to draw metal from outside sources to be manipulated. Rasher’s body retains all the properties of metal, when ordinary people punch him it is like punching solid steel, but Rasher also retains all the weaknesses of metal as well, he has no natural buoyancy and sinks in water, he is also super vulnerable to lightning attacks. Rasher is also very proficient with all kinds of weapons, especially the sword and has assassin’s speed and reflexes as well as unnatural strength (from having to move with metal weighing him down)

Physical Description: medium height, medium pale complexion, black straitish hair which is imparted and down spiting over the eyes, two large matching scars across his face which resemble triangular tattoos and cover most of his cheeks starting below the eyes (gotten from Hawk during his fight with the JF), white coat with high collar and zippers in odd places, two black bandana’s over his arm (from Ira) black and white pants and steel shoes, gray eyes, the number 027413889 tattooed below the knuckles of his left hand

Personality: Most of the people who know Rasher know him only briefly, as there killer and tormenter, meaning he is incredibly sadistic and loves to prey on the innocent, (trust me he has done some really terrible things) Wheather this is a front or not is unknown. Rasher is the kind of guy that could talk you into suicide quite easily but would rather kill you. For the most part Rasher is Asexual, claiming that humans are to disgusting to even think of being with. Those who know Rasher best know him to be a rude, inconsiderate narcissistic sociopath who is all but impossible to deal with. Because he only cares about himself he is quick to insult, criticize and point out the flaws of others as well as belittle there strengths. He even refuses to call his teammates by there names, choosing instead to refer to them by odd nicknames which mock there abilities (example; velocity has super speed so Rasher calls him “Zippy”) Ira also dose this and that is perhaps where he learned it from. Rasher never saves his teammates when they are in danger and will occasionally attack them if he gets a chance. Rasher was somehow able to befriend Hawk and Lydie this may be because they were raised outside of normal civilization. He refers to torturing his opponents before killing them as “playing with my food” another habit he learned from a member of seven (Gula “gluttony”). during peaceful times Rasher sleeps, eats and trains only, becoming very serious and bored, as well as much ruder, during times of conflict Rasher becomes very lively, (he loves to fight and kill) taking particular excitement on choosing who to fight treating the opposing team like a menu instead of an opposition or threat. There are rare instances in which Rasher dose something helpful but he usually hides them by explaining how they were for his benefit
Likes: high places, killing people, and causing pain.
Dislikes: the human race along with all that they have built and accomplished, being restrained / ordered around, and believers in justice.

Brief Personal Details/History: History: Rasher’s story is long, drawn out and full of fear and absolute suffering so I will only stick to big events. Rasher began life with a name and a family, living in Romania with his father, mother and little sister, he did not know much about his parents at that time, only that they were from America, and that his mother was some sort of scientist. The night when all of Rasher’s suffering began a series of cars and trucks pulled up to there house, men came out of these cars and brutally shot his father many times and left his dismembered body to lie there like a dog, all before his eyes. After that he, his mother and his little sister were dragged into the truck and taken to his mother’s place of work, a concentration camp like research facility which practiced illegal human experimentation for the corrupt governments of third world countries. There he was told that his father had been a guard there and was working with his mother to steal from the facility to make themselves rich and that they would all die there as punishment they were then left to the mercy of the other guards (who were once criminals) who raped his mother for hours until she lay bleeding and dieing of exhaustion of the dirt floor, for trying to intervene Rasher was forced to watch it all. As she lay dieing she cursed the world before her children screaming that Rasher ruined her life by being born, if he hadn’t been born she wouldn’t have had to marry his father (who was coincidentally also a criminal guard at the research facility) quote “all for there well being” and could have avoided all of this and lived. Rashers last words to his mother were “Fine then! Go ahead and die! If you hate me than I HATE YOU!!!!!” she didn’t die of her injuries, she died because she gave up. Although he was only five at the time Rasher had an unusual since of justice, he was constantly trying to escape or save other prisoners from the guards, getting beaten almost to death every time eventually he realized that the other prisoners hated him and his sister for being related to a guard and a researcher, one day he was carrying some food (a stale piece of bread) over to his sister when some other older prisoners beat him up and took it, it was then that he began to become who he is now. From then on he lived only for his younger sister who was only three at the time, giving here almost all his food, cloths and stepping on weaker prisoners to help her, he no longer cared what happened to him which was why he did what no other prisoners would do, volunteer for extra experimentation in exchange for food to give to her. One day he went to such an extra experiment in which he was restrained in metal belts and shoked all over his body at the very limit of voltage the human body can withstand in an attempt to kill of his nerve endings and make him immune to pain (an order from one of there clients) that was the most painful experience of Rasher’s life, the pain would have killed anyone unless he was under the max amount of sedation, but it did make him slightly insane, but then something unexpected happened, the metal restraints melted into his body (this is because he was the metal destined) and he was returned to the barracks where he first started to notice his powers, as night fell he carried his sister past the barb wire fence and ran off into the woods, the guards caught up to them there and fired at them, due to his powers Rasher didn’t die but his sister did as she was torn apart by there dogs Rasher finally snapped, he had lost all faith in the world, humanity, god and himself his shattered hart finally died and grew cold, it was his joy that night to kill al of them, the guards, the prisoners, the researchers, all of them showing no mercy, guilt, remorse or pity he tortured and burned them all to death leaving the place of his torment in ashes. He spent the next couple of years wandering the streets and taking all the abuse that came with it, being treated like a monster and abused in every sense of the word. It was at the age of eight when he decided to go to America, where his parents were from. Once there he lived in filth for a few months until he was discovered by seven, an international group of distrustful criminals based off of the seven sins whom had an interest in him, he reluctantly accepted and became a student of the “wrath member” Ira, under her he learned how to fight like an assassin, and very well! This training also served to reinforce his heartless and sadistic nature, when asked for his name he realized that it had been beaten out of him long ago all he remembered was the number 027413889, the number tattooed on his left hand, so later on when the other members saw him fighting that he received the name Rasher which is a fusion of the words “riper” and “slasher” which is what he now goes by. He lived happily killing and stealing for them and grew to become a very skilled killer and began to like living again (despite the reoccurring sexual abuse of the nymphomaniac “lust member” Luxuria) until the day after he turned fourteen when he learned that his purpose in seven was to be a sacrifice, his soul would be destroyed in a ritual that seven used to keep themselves alive, Ira’s soul would be put into his body to cheat death for another lifetime. Upon realizing this Rasher ran away from seven and now lives by his own terms.

no Hibari is NOT strongest that would be a guy from milfiore and I dont like Hibari fro his abilities (tsuna will soon pass him up anyway) I like hi because of his character type, school disciplinary comity leader with TONFA (my favorite weapon, I own 2 sets and use them for fun) also he happens to be my flame type and besides his power comes at a price anyway (shattering the rings ECT)

-no clear limits (which also means no clear guidelines either)
-nothing to go off of (because that is the hardest to work with for newbies)
-overpowered characters (no one likes an unfair fight)
-no censorship (if you swear and have sex/violance most of the younger and more religious audience will avoid you)
